General Pricing Overview:

  • Hourly Rate: $300 – $450 per hour. This rate reflects the specialized knowledge and extensive experience I bring to each consulting session.
  • Half-Day Session: $1,200 – $1,800 (up to 4 hours). Ideal for focused, in-depth consultations.
  • Full-Day Session: $2,400 – $3,500 (up to 8 hours). Comprehensive sessions for more extensive work and detailed planning.

Package Pricing:

  • 4-Session Package: $4,800 – $6,500 (includes four 1-hour sessions, scheduled as needed). A cost-effective option for ongoing support.
  • 8-Session Package: $8,800 – $12,000 (includes eight 1-hour sessions, scheduled as needed). Best for in-depth and continuous consulting support.

Implementation

Konxja® will provide onsite and remote implementation of all recommendations, including training of technologists, support staff and other improved project plans

Outcomes & Sustainability

Within 3 to 6 months, Konxja® will offer a final review of your goal outcomes, and if necessary provide recommendation adjustments to produce sustainable results
