1. Subscription Overview
   Schools subscribing to our content will receive access to the MRI Psychology Interactive or Standard eBook for educational purposes. Each subscription grants the institution access to the material for up to 50 students and is limited to the agreed-upon timeframe (monthly or yearly).
2. License Agreement
   By purchasing a subscription, the institution is granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the provided materials for educational purposes within the scope of the subscription. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of the content outside of the institution’s authorized users is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment Terms
   The subscription fee is determined based on the chosen plan and must be paid in full prior to the start of the subscription period. Pricing for institutions may vary depending on the size of the student body and specific needs of the educational institution. Custom pricing agreements require direct contact with Konxja Consulting LLC.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation period. Institutions may cancel the subscription by contacting us at konxja@gmail.com. Renewals may be subject to changes in pricing, and institutions will be notified of any such changes 30 days before renewal.
5. Renewal Policy
   Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same term unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Institutions may opt-out of automatic renewal through their account settings or by contacting Konxja Consulting LLC.
6. User Restrictions
   Each subscription is designated for institutional use only. Individual students are granted access through the institution’s login and must comply with the school’s policies regarding educational content usage. The content is protected by copyright, and institutions must not modify, resell, or distribute any part of the materials outside of their classrooms.
7. Modifications to the Content
   Konxja Consulting LLC reserves the right to update or modify the subscription content during the subscription period to improve user experience or reflect the latest industry standards. Institutions will be notified of any significant changes in content that may affect course curriculums.
8. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Konxja Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the subscription content. The institution’s sole remedy is limited to the subscription fees paid.
